Blackening Rub   This rub will put an even blackening coat on fish, chicken or grilled veggies.  Try with fettuchini and alfredo sauce.  It is medium hot.

Garlic Pepper   As the saying goes "if its good... its better with garlic".  This mix is good on just about everything.  It has just the right mix of garlic, butcher pepper, red and green pepper, sugar and other spices.  A nice addition  for any type of eggs also.
 

Grilled Shimp Rub & Seasoning   This unique mix blends citrus, garlic and "Tex-Mex" flavors to create a nice change of pace when grilling or cooking shrimp or any shellfish.  Works well chicken and center cut pork loin chops also.

Indian Curry Seasoning Mix   The  true taste of the east.  This exotic mix works very well with chicken breast or pork tenderloin chops. Toss with stir fry vegetables for a quick authentic meal.
 
Morrocan Rub  This is a unique rub.  It is sweetly savory.  Cloves are what gives this rub its sweetness.  This rub also features fenugreek and cardamom.
 
Old Glory BBQ Rub  This rub will remind you of the 4th of July and cook out's with the family.  It is an All American BBQ rub.  Use on any meat grill low and slow.  Goes will on roasted sweet potatoes.
 
This is just the thing for grilling or baking a pork or beef roast.  The smell from your grill will have your neighbors asking "what's cooking?".  This is also fabulous on cubed potatoes baked or roasted in the oven!
 
This rub needs 16 ingredients to produce.  Cardamom and ground Fenugreek seeds are the star of this spice rub.  It will give just about any meat or vegatable a savory yet just sweet enough taste sure to please.
 
Salmon Grilling Rub  With dill and fennel in the mix, this rub has a very distinct flavor.  Rub salmon and grill - if you have a smoker box the citrus flavor is generally enhanced.
 

Tandoori Rub   Tandoori is not a “flavor” but an Indian grilling method.  This rub will give fish or fowl an authentic Indian flavor and an unmistakeable red color.
