Your Cajun rub is great, we use a lot of spices and herbs when we cook and are very glad you are making the rubs etc. I feel much better knowing there is not all the bad things in these as store bought rubs etc.

Just wanted you to know that I rubbed your Salmon rub on Blue Marlin steaks 1" thick and gave them about 8 min. on my George Foreman grill. It got remarkably quiet when I served them: everyone tried it and didn't stop till the last morsel was gone. Yum!

I wanted to try the Hawaiian Rub on shrimp but thought it would be a pain to rub them individually so I made a marinade with it. Mixed it with 1/4 cup of water and 1/4 cup of vegetable oil, marinated shrimp in the fridge for two hours and put it on the grill. It was delicious.

HI...Just wanted to let you know that we used the salmon rub on salmon and it was awesome.
I really, really, really liked it.
PS we are going to make the barbeque sauce and try it later this week on chicken.

My Husband & I tried the Hawiian rub on ribs with your BBQ sauce mix. He said they were the best ribs he has EVER had. He also liked the BBQ Sauce mix so much, he is now using it as chip dip!
