Each bottle of spice rubs and seasonings we make is measured and mixed by hand. Each batch of spice we mix only makes approximately 10 bottles. Hand measured, mixed and small batches is how we guarantee the ultimate freshness. The only ingredients you will get in our spice blends is, well, spices and herbs. By using no preservatives, hand measuring and mixing we feel we stand above the mass produced commercial blends you will find in most stores.
Blackening Rub This rub will put an even blackening coat on fish or chicken. Try with fettuchini and alfredo sauce. It is medium hot.
Cajun Rub This rub gives any pork, duck, turkey or chicken a classic Cajun flavor.
This is a mildly hot rub with a smoky flavor. The main ingredient is ground chipolte peppers.
Fiery Creole Pepper Mix This mix has a great cajun flavor which also gives it a very hot. Great rub for crawfish, shrimp or any cajun style cooking.
Garlic Pepper We think this will turn into an everyday spice mix for you. As the saying goes "if its good... its better with garlic". This mix is good on just about everything. It has just the right mix of garlic, pepper and other spices.
