Hot Rubs & Seasonings

 

Blackening Rub  This rub will put an even blackening coat on fish or chicken.  Try with fettuchini and alfredo sauce.  It is medium hot.

Chile Rojo Rub   This is a mildly hot rub with a smoky flavor.  The main ingredient is ground chipolte peppers.

Fiery Creole Pepper Mix   This mix has a great HOT cajun flavor .  Great rub for crawfish, shrimp or any cajun style cooking.

Flames of Paradise   This blend is in the spirit of seasoned salt - except for it is hot.  While cayene, jalapeno powder and chipotle provide the heat, brown sugar, and a blend of herbs try to tame the flames.  The result is a great hot all purpose seasoning.

Indian Curry Seasoning Mix   The  true taste of the east.  This exotic mix works very well with chicken breast or pork tenderloin chops. Toss with stir fry vegetables for a quick authentic meal.

Memphis Style Rub   This rub is made the way Memphis intended it to be.  Memphis style ribs are traditionally served dry.  Rub on ribs and bbq low and slow. 

Tandoori Rub   Tandoori is not a “flavor” but an Indian grilling method.  This rub will give fish or fowl an authentic Indian flavor and an unmistakeable red color.

Tropical Heat   Open a bottle of Tropical Heat and smell the sunshine!  As soon as you take a bite you will notice the fresh citrus flavor - then the heat kicks in.  This is a blend of #90 cayenne pepper, orange peel, ginger, salt, white pepper, dark brown sugar and other spices.
