Chicken Rubs & Seasonings

Blackening Rub   This rub will put an even blackening coat on fish or chicken.  Try with fettuchini and alfredo sauce.  It is medium hot.

Citrus Garlic & Chili Seasoning

Citrus Pepper   A refreshing blend of dehydrated orange, lemon, lime peel and coriander mixed with a 5 pepper blend of cracked white, black, pink, green and Jamaican peppercorns.  Splendidly refreshing with a kick of heat from the pepper.

Indian Curry Seasoning Mix   The  true taste of the east.  This exotic mix works very well with chicken breast or pork tenderloin chops. Toss with stir fry vegetables for a quick authentic meal.

Jamaican Jerk Rub
  Ahh.... the taste of the islands.  This unique flavor can only be described as a "party in your mouth".  It is sweet, warm and savory.  If you have never tasted "jerk" seasoning, you will be pleasantly surprised and hooked with your first bite.  Try this in ground beef for the ultimate Jerk Burger
 
Kansas City Rub:   Not too hot and not too sweet - the perfect blend between sweet and heat. This all purpose rub will go good with  beef, chicken or pork. 
 
Kona Coffee Rub   A little finley ground Kona coffe, brown sugar and ancho chili powder make this rub hard to pass up.  It has a sweet and smokey flavor.
 
Memphis Style Rub   This rub is made the way Memphis intended it to be.  Memphis style ribs are traditionally served dry.  Rub on ribs and bbq low and slow. 
 
 
Old Glory BBQ Rub  This rub will remind you of the 4th of July and cook out's with the family.  It is an All American BBQ rub.  Just the right amount of sweet, heat and herb.  AND... it is SALT FREE!! Use on any meat grill low and slow.
 
This is just the thing for grilling or baking a pork or beef roast.  The smell from your grill will have your neighbors asking "what's cooking?".  This is also fabulous on cubed potatoes baked or roasted in the oven!
 

Tandoori Rub

Tandoori is not a “flavor” but an Indian grilling method.  This rub will give fish or fowl an authentic Indian flavor and an unmistakeable red color.

Tropical Heat

Open a bottle of Tropical Heat and smell the sunshine!  As soon as you take a bite you will notice the fresh citrus flavor - then the heat kicks in.  This is a blend of #90 cayenne pepper, orange peel, ginger, salt, white pepper, dark brown sugar and other spices.
